Our Street Outreach Program provides youth and young adults with direct access to toiletries, food items and personal hygiene products through a mobile youth outreach worker.
On a limited basis, we are able to make referrals for short-term living arrangements with supportive businesses and homes.
We provide youth on the street with educational materials specifically geared towards addressing issues of sexual exploitation, pregnancy prevention, and substance use disorder.
We provide outreach and referral services to youth and implement positive relations with community-based organizations.
We maintain communication with the youth and young adults that we interface with, and provide follow-up support on an as-needed basis.
Through Summer 2017, our volunteer Street Outreach Program worked directly with 39 individuals experiencing homelessness between the ages of 18-24.
